The API key is not working

  • The API key may be deactivated if your account is not active. To do this, log in to your account on the Customer portal → Profile. To activate your account, contact technical support.

  • Verify generated curl request

Unable to log in to the account

  • Ensure that the credentials you have entered are correct

  • If you don’t remember the password, enter your user email on this page in the Customer Portal

  • Clear cache and cookies in your browser

  • Update your browser and system to the latest versions

  • Use a different network or device

  • Your account may be inactive. Check this in the Customer Portal and contact technical support to activate account if needed

Suspicious activity in authorization history

  • Contact technical support

  • Change the password for the account and users

  • Activate 2FA

Emails are not coming from servers.com

  • Check your inbox’s spam folder

Account has been deleted but log in still available

If you can log in to your account after deletion, it means the deactivation procedure has not been completed. The billing department checks for any possible outstanding debts. Once all procedures have been completed, you will be notified by email, and the account will be deleted.

Unable to activate 2FA

  • Try to use a different authenticator app for QR code scanning to get a token
