A VPN to GPN connection is built upon a tunnel that features a set of specific parameters. Some VPN clients may by default have incompatible options with the servers.com connection.

Our free global private network (GPN) connects three continents with 20 Gbps to each dedicated server. The private network is protected on both physical and logical levels to ensure the fastest and safest data transfer. GPN allows our clients to organize their servers' interaction without the use of additional tunneling and VPNs. Traffic in the private network is free.

You can create a new gateway in the "VPN to Global Private Network" subsection of the "VPN access" section of the customer portal.

1. Go to System Preferences → Network, then click "Create a new service" (plus sign in the bottom left corner of the window).
