To report any form of abuse activity or illegal content with respect to any SERVERS service please report such illegal content using the appropriate form found here and provide as much information as possible.
The SERVERS Abuse Department actively enforces SERVERS’s Policies (including Acceptable Use Policy) by processing legitimate and reasonable complaints received by SERVERS customers, non-customers and government and other authorities. Managing abuse ensures the best possible service and also keeps our network and bandwidth speeds running at peak performance. SERVERS reserves the right to reject frivolous and vexatious complaints.
We shall investigate and record all reports of abuse/illegal content submitted to us and take action where appropriate in accordance with our Policies . We may request additional information from you about your report and please note that, where instances permit, we retain the authority to disclose received complaints to customers to which the complaint relates for the purposes of validation and resolution and to comply with applicable laws.

SERVERS allows the use of private Internet relay chat servers for communication between private parties. SERVERS does not allow the use if IRC servers connected to public IRC networks and/or servers. Violation of the IRC policy will result in methods of resolution under the SERVERS Policies.
The use of BitTorrent protocols is allowed. SERVERS highly recommends strict oversight and management of BitTorrent environments due to the propensity to violate copyright law by sharing copyright protected material. The sharing of copyright protected material is not allowed.
A possible violation of a copyright policy could result in methods of resolution under the SERVERS Policies.
SERVERS allows the use of Internet peer-to-peer software for file sharing purposes. SERVERS highly recommends strict oversight and management of Peer-to-Peer environments due to the propensity to violate copyright law by sharing copyright protected material. The sharing of copyright protected material is not allowed. A possible violation of a copyright policy could result in methods of resolution under the SERVERS Policies.
As otherwise mentioned in clause 4 of our Policies in any manner involving or reproducing adult material of any kind or relating to or involving or promoting escort services in any manner is strictly prohibited and shall not be tolerated and should we become aware of their existence we may immediately terminate or suspend the account to which these activities are connected and may add other restrictions on such accounts at our sole discretion.
Servers.com has a zero terrorist tolerance content policy. As and when Servers.com becomes aware of any terrorist content being disseminated using its services it reserves all of its rights to take any necessary actions to remove and/or restrict access to such content immediately and even disable access to the content or website entirely and shall at all times comply with the Regulation (EU) 2021/784 (as amended or replaced from time to time) on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online.
